These Terms govern your use of Match Predictions Today (“the platform”, “we”, “us”), a content marketplace operated from Uganda. By creating an account, buying credits, or unlocking a tip, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old. The platform sells access to sports analysis content and is intended for adults who are legally permitted to access such content where they live. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful in your jurisdiction.
We are a peer-to-peer content marketplace. Sports data analysts (“tipsters”, human and automated) publish football analysis and predictions, and you may unlock that content using platform credits. Predictions are opinions, not guarantees. Football is uncertain; no tip, win rate, or past record guarantees a future result. Nothing on the platform is financial, investment, or betting advice. We are not a bookmaker, we do not take bets, we do not hold stakes, and we do not place bets on your behalf. Any betting you choose to do with a third-party operator is your own decision, made away from this platform, and is entirely your own risk.
You may register with a phone number, an email address, or both, plus a password. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. For purchases made as a guest, an account is created for you after a successful payment using the details you provided. Provide accurate information; we may suspend accounts that use false details or are used for fraud or abuse.
The platform runs on credits. You buy credits by topping up your wallet through our payment provider (PesaPal), which accepts mobile money and cards. Each credit has a fixed value set by the platform, displayed at the time of purchase. A tip’s credit cost is set automatically by the system from its odds; tipsters cannot set their own prices. Payment processing fees may be added to your top-up and are shown before you pay.
Wallet top-ups are non-refundable cash payments.Once you have bought credits, the money is not returned to you as cash. Credits are the platform’s unit of exchange.
When you unlock a tip, its credit cost is held by the platform until the prediction’s outcome is confirmed. This is a hold of platform credits for content access. It is not a wager and not a stake, and no money is held. If a prediction (or a leg of a multi-leg prediction) is graded as lost or void, the corresponding credits are returned to your wallet automatically, our “don’t pay to lose” content-pricing mechanic. To be clear: this is an in-platform credit adjustment, not a cash refund. Returned credits stay in your wallet for future content access and are not paid out as money.
Unlocking a tip grants you personal access to its content. The platform is a content marketplace and is not a guarantor of tip exclusivity. Once a tip has been legitimately unlocked, any onward distribution of that content by a buyer is outside our control and outside our liability. We may apply anti-abuse measures (including delays or account flags) where we detect sharing or other misuse, and we may suspend accounts that redistribute paid content at scale.
Tip results are verified using football data sources and automated grading. We aim for accuracy, but data feeds can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Where a result cannot be confirmed, a tip may be marked for review rather than settled. Our grading decision, made in good faith, is final for the purpose of escrow settlement.
Tipsters (including automated tipster accounts) agree to additional terms when they apply. Tipster statistics (win rate, ROI, streaks) are computed from settled results and shown for transparency. Past performance does not predict future results.
We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the platform, including features, tipsters, pricing, or these Terms, at any time. We will post the updated date at the top of this page when Terms change. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the platform, including betting losses, reliance on any prediction, or any third-party service (such as a bookmaker or payment provider). The platform is provided “as is”.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Disputes are subject to the courts of Uganda, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
